Uff.. the hype...
Have been hearing this for quite some time...
Real Estate prices will be going down...
They will come down by 20-25%.
But then will it really happen?
Doesnt seem likely as of now..
All that can happen is that the prices stay still..
I guess the media and the mags are just minting money by simply printing articles about this and creating a just another hype..
So what does an average person do now if he wants to buy a house?
Wait for the so called "downfall" whenever it comes? If at all it comes..
He may run in hot waters... just in case things backfire... and he may end up paying more and ruing his decision for the rest of his life...
Or else think less and get a home now, if he can...
Save some mental pain...
Ain't it Logical?
